Cancelling an Order

How Do I Cancel an Order I Made on Global Care Market?

How do I cancel an order after it has been placed? The answer depends on the status of your order:

(1) BEFORE SHIPMENT

(2) AFTER SHIPMENT

(3) BEFORE PAYMENT (for wire transfer or western union orders)

 

CANCELLATION BEFORE PAYMENT

If a customer requests us to cancel an order, then we will immediately stop processing the order if it has not already been paid. Please notify us promptly if you need to modify or cancel a submitted order so we can assist you in clearing the order out of our system. Email us, service@globalcaremarket.com, with your order number to initiate the cancellation process.

FYI, you are under no obligation to follow through and pay for an order just because you checked out your cart online. If you want to do test orders you are welcome to do this. In particular, if you are a dropship seller or a government / non-profit company employee, we understand your need to use this "add to cart" testing for estimating total order costs. Though please note that we are also happy to assist you in making invoices (either for a company purchasing department or just for calculating total purchase cost). Feel free to contact us with your purchase list and we can do an official one for you.

CANCELLATION BEFORE SHIPMENT

Global Care Market prides itself on quickly processing and fulfilling all orders placed on our website. Most home health items ship out within 1-2 days. On the occasions where a product is temporarily out of stock, we will email the customer within 48 hours to give an estimate of the new stock arrival date so the customer can make a decision to wait or cancel their order.

Cancelling an order made with PayPal: As long as the product has not shipped out yet, we will immediately cancel the order and refund the full amount via the PayPal account originally used to make the order.

Cancelling an order made with a Credit Card: As long as the product has not shipped out yet, we will immediately cancel the order. The credit card will not be charged.

Cancelling an order made by Bank Payment: As long as the product has not shipped out yet, we will immediately cancel the order and refund the full amount via the Bank Account originally used to make the order.

CANCELLATION AFTER SHIPMENT

Once an order has been processed and given to the shipping company, we cannot cancel or modify that order. The buyer may return the item(s) to Global Care Market for an in-store credit or a refund. Email us, service@globalcaremarket.com, with your order number to initiate the return process.

 

 

WHAT REASONS DO WE ACCEPT FOR ORDER CANCELLATION?

All.  It does not matter.  Could be that you a problem with your paypal / credit card and I can’t send the money, could be that you placed an order, but now you don't want it, or it could be that the order was placed for your friend/customer, but ordered the wrong item for them.
